The new wisdom for life long fitness, that comes from traditional cultures, is reducing the intensity to 50% and integrate yoga breathing techniques to access deeper capacity in the lungs allows you to take stress out of the body so the body becomes more efficient and bit by bit expands it’s capacity to perform at a higher level without undue the stress and with greater enjoyment.
