Having the Power to Forgive & Forget to evolve as a Leader

By on July 27, 2014

Inspired by Dawn of the Planet of the Apes movie I realized leaders need the power to forgive and forget to evolve and develop themselves and others.

We are here to evolve, grow and experience greater degrees of happiness, bliss and fulfillment so the ability to forgive and forget past negativity is vital for progress of any leader.

It is unfathomable why negativity comes to us or why we do negativity to others, it’s all part of a dynamic play of life.

We can’t be attached to any negativity of the past or present if we want to grow. Any future conflict happens because we can’t forgive and forget as depicted in Dawn of the Planet of the Apes.

We forgive and forget so we can experience pure unconditional love through:

1. Purifying our internal stresses

2. Good words and actions

3. Seeing others for who they are and their bad behavior as an aberration of who they really are

4. Making light of things

5. And just plain getting over it and focusing on influencing the future in the way you envision it.
